Return & Refund Policy
FM WIND guarantees to return if you are not satisfied with your purchase. And you can apply for return&refund by sending us email within 7 days after receiving the order. Please make sure the returned item is saleable.
1. Send us Email within 7 days of receipt.
2. Email us at email@example.com, stating your name, order number and description of the items you would like to return.
Please also include in your email the reason you are returning the item/s. We will then issue you with a returns confirmation email giving clear instructions on how to return any items to us. Please note that without following these instructions and including the relevant information within your returned package we will be unable to process your return or issue a refund.

Returned items should be sent back to us with their original packaging and within 7 days of receiving a returns confirmation email. Customers should take reasonable care when returning any item(s). Items received outside these guidelines will only be subject to issuing credit to the value of the purchase, and this decision is at the sole discretion of management.
5. Parcel receive
When returning items we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Upon receipt of items returned as faulty, we will arrange for an exchange when appropriate. In cases when a faulty item cannot be exchanged then a refund for the value of the item will be issued.
Customers should note that refunds will be processed within 30 days. The time a refund takes to be credited back onto an account can depend on the customer’s bank and silverinsides will endeavour to initiate a refund within 30 days.
